Brokerage Concepts Inc. and a New Jersey-based payroll cost management company have announced a strategic alliance.
Through the arrangement, brokers at BCI, a King of Prussia, Pa.-based benefits plan designer and administration firm, will offer integrated payroll, benefits and human resources administration system and services from TriCore to their group health insurance clients, according to TriCore.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We believe that the alliance with TriCore gives our brokers a competitive advantage by enabling them to deliver a comprehensive, integrated solution for the management of benefits, payroll and human resource information at a very affordable cost,” said Stephen Manzeli, an executive vice president at BCI, in a statement.
TriCore, founded in 2001, provides consulting services to small- and mid-size companies, and non-profit organizations, primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Texas.
TriCore CEO Dave Fried said that as a broker for BCI, he was “impressed” with BCI’s operations. “Combining our administrative services was a natural extension of the relationship we had already established and will allow us to deliver services to our mutual customers more efficiently and at lower cost,” he said.
BCI is a subsidiary of HealthNow New York, which maintains offices in multiple locations throughout the eastern portion of the United States
